Oversee maintenance of MEP systems including chilled water AC **Job Summary** The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of assigned facilities. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building systems, with a strong focus on chilled water air conditioning systems and data center infrastructure. The position requires effective leadership, technical expertise, and coordination with stakeholders to maintain high service standards and operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day\-to\-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements. * Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities. * Supervise the operation and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC (chilled water systems), electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems. * Ensure reliable operation of data center infrastructure, including UPS systems, CRAC units, and associated critical equipment. * Lead and manage on\-site technical teams, ensuring adequate staffing, training, and performance management. * Manage third\-party contractors and service providers, including scope definition, performance monitoring, and service quality evaluation. * Prepare and manage maintenance schedules, technical reports, asset registers, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Monitor facility budgets, control operational costs, and support cost\-optimization initiatives. * Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and local regulations. * Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and authorities during audits, inspections, and operational reviews. * Support business continuity planning and ensure minimal downtime of critical systems. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering**. * Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in facilities management, preferably in critical environments such as data centers. * Proven experience in operation and maintenance of chilled water air conditioning systems. * Strong knowledge of data center operations, including UPS systems, CRAC units, and critical power infrastructure. * Experience managing multi\-disciplinary technical teams and contractors. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong technical and problem\-solving skills. * Effective leadership, communication, and team management abilities. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and asset management practices. * Ability to manage budgets, reports, and performance metrics. * Strong understanding of HSE standards and regulatory compliance. * Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies. **Additional Requirements** * **Arabic National** * Proficient in English (written and spoken) Willingness to work on\-call or extended hours when required Job Type: Full\-time
