Building Operations \& Maintenance * Oversee daily operations of facilities (offices, factories, hospitals, schools, etc.) * Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems function properly * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance * Manage repairs and emergency maintenance * Maintain building appearance and cleanliness 2\. Health, Safety \& Compliance * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations * Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments * Implement fire safety and emergency procedures * Ensure compliance with occupational health standards * Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections 3\.
