




Summary: This role involves comprehensive inventory management, system administration, vendor communication, and meticulous reporting to ensure product availability and compliance. Highlights: 1. Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock availability 2. Administer central systems and maintain data access 3. Communicate directly with vendors for purchasing and distribution Roles and Responsibilities: * In charge of inventory counting /storing/checking expiry dates/reporting and auditing. * In charge of receiving requirements from branches, checking orders against stock availability. * Ensure all products on system are up to date. * Centralized system administrator and controller, in charge of ensuring data access is well maintained. * Communicating with vendors and suppliers directly, products purchasing, receiving, recording, and distributing to branches. * Perform quarterly audit of all the products in all the branches. * Ensure all the products are in accordance with government regulations. * Prepare various reports including reporting any discrepancy/mistake in entering tickets i.e. products or services, by branch staff, used /unused items in all the branches, product consumption against specified Matrix Job Requirements: * Highly organized with great attention to details. * Excellent communication skills; verbally and in writing. * Strong problem\-solving skills. * Ability to multi\-task. * Knowledge of spa, wellness, beauty, and different treatments \& Beauty products is an asset. * Strong working knowledge in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word and Power Point.
