Ensure HR compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies Ritz Serve is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end HR operations in a fast\-paced project and oil \& gas environment. This role requires strong hands\-on experience in employee lifecycle management, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employee relations within Qatar. **Employee Lifecycle Management** * Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. * Ensure employment contracts and HR documentation comply with Qatar labor law. * Maintain structured and audit\-ready employee records. **Talent Acquisition** * Lead recruitment for technical, engineering, operations, and support roles. * Coordinate manpower planning with department heads. * Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offer processes. * Build pipelines for critical project roles. **Performance Management \& KPIs** * Implement and monitor KPI frameworks across departments. * Coordinate annual and mid\-year appraisals. * Track performance improvement plans and rating consistency. **Employee Relations \& Discipline** * Manage disciplinary procedures and grievance handling. * Conduct investigations and issue formal warnings where required. * Provide HR advisory support to managers. **HR Reporting \& Compliance** * Maintain employee database and documentation control. * Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime). * Ensure audit readiness and compliance with company policies. **Gate Pass \& Vehicle Permit Coordination** * Oversee employee gate pass applications for client sites. * Manage vehicle permit documentation and renewals. * Maintain tracking logs to avoid expiry or access disruption. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. * 5–8 years HR experience in Qatar. * Experience in construction, oil \& gas, or industrial services preferred. * Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law. * Experience handling disciplinary cases and performance management. * Strong documentation and reporting skills. **Key Competencies** * High integrity and confidentiality * Strong coordination and follow\-up discipline * Ability to handle sensitive employee matters * Structured and process\-driven mindset * Comfortable working in project\-driven environments Job Type: Full\-time
