We are seeking an experienced and proactive **HSE Officer** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across project sites in compliance with Qatar regulations, company policies, and international best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and enforce **HSE policies, procedures, and site\-specific safety plans** * Ensure compliance with **Qatar labor law**, **QCS**, and relevant **HSE standards** * Conduct **daily site inspections**, safety audits, and risk assessments * Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions * Prepare and deliver **Toolbox Talks**, safety inductions, and HSE training programs * Monitor use of **PPE** and ensure safe work practices are followed * Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports * Maintain HSE documentation including **method statements, risk assessments, permits to work, and safety records** * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on HSE matters * Ensure emergency preparedness and conduct **mock drills** * Report HSE performance to management and suggest improvements * Promote a strong **safety culture** on site **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * **Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma** in Engineering, Safety, or related field * **NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)** * Additional certifications such as **IOSH**, **OSHA**, or equivalent will be an advantage * **Minimum 4\+ years of HSE experience in Qatar** * Strong knowledge of **Qatar HSE regulations**, QCS, and international safety standards * Experience in **construction / oil \& gas / infrastructure projects** * Excellent communication and reporting skills * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Strong leadership and observation skills * Proficient in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** **Preferred Skills:** * Experience working with **consultants and main contractors** * Familiarity with **Permit to Work (PTW) systems** * Knowledge of **ISO 45001 \& ISO 14001** * Multinational workforce handling experience Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR4,500\.00 per month
