Description

Summary: HVAC Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Highlights: 1. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC systems. 2. Ensure proper temperature, humidity, and air quality control. 3. Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to emergency breakdowns. * Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including AHUs, chillers, split units, ducting, and ventilation systems. * Ensure proper temperature, humidity, and air quality control in production, storage, and cold rooms. * Conduct preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and downtime. * Respond promptly to HVAC\-related breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues. * Monitor HVAC system performance and identify energy\-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities. * Ensure HVAC systems comply with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate with Production and Quality Assurance teams to support uninterrupted operations. * Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and records for audits and inspections. * Ensure safe handling of refrigerants and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. * Follow company safety procedures and use PPE at all times. * Assist external contractors during major repairs or system upgrades when required.
