




**Objective of the Role** The Quality Inspector – Multi Discipline is responsible for supporting the Lead QA/QC Engineer in implementing the QA/QC plan and ensuring that all project activities comply with inspection and testing requirements. The role covers welding, materials, piping, and painting/coating inspections, as well as reviewing reports, monitoring site quality, and coordinating with clients and contractors. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct in\-process and final inspections for welding, painting, and dimensional control. * Prepare, Review and verify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), PQRs, and Welder Qualifications (WQT) in accordance with project requirements. * Monitor welding parameters and ensure compliance with ASME, AWS, or other applicable standards. * Carry out surface preparation and painting inspection in line with BGAS/NACE standards, including DFT, WFT, climate condition checks, and holiday testing. * Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTC), consumables, and storage practices. * Issue and follow up on Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Instructions, and implement Corrective \& Preventive Actions (CAPA). * Maintain and update inspection and test records, ITPs, and quality logs. * Participate in internal and external audits, including client and third\-party inspections. * Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Project Teams to ensure smooth inspection workflows. * Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all QC activities, including test packages and handover dossiers. * Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the fabrication shop. **Qualifications \& Certifications:** * Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Certified CSWIP 3\.1 / 3\.2 (Welding Inspector). * Certified BGAS Grade 2 / NACE Level 1 or 2 (Coating Inspector). * Familiar with QCS, ISO 9001, ASME, API, AWS, BS/EN, and project\-specific standards.
