Promote a strong safety culture across all site personnel Job Description We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and manage Health, Safety \& Environment (HSE) activities for a major construction project in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with local regulations, international safety standards, and company HSE policies. Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans for construction activities * Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, QCS, and international standards (ISO 45001\) * Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits * Lead accident/incident investigations and prepare detailed reports * Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs * Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Sub\-contractors * Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and statutory records * Promote a strong safety culture across all site personnel * Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities on safety matters Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field * NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory); NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred * Minimum 14 years of construction safety experience, including GCC/Qatar projects * Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and risk management * Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR11,000\.00 \- QAR12,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Work: 10 years (Required) Location: * Doha (Required)
