Requires coordination between physical handling and system entry The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role ensures accurate inventory handling, safe storage practices, and timely order fulfillment in line with company procedures. **Key Responsibilities**: * Basic knowledge of warehouse operations \& inventory control * Experience in ERP/WMS data entry * Good understanding of PO, GRN, stock transfer \& adjustment processes * Attention to detail and accuracy * Basic computer skills (Excel, email) * Ability to coordinate with multiple departments * Previous warehouse or system\-handling experience preferred **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * Receive goods and update GRN, stock entry, and barcode generation in the system * Verify physical items against PO, delivery notes, and invoices * Perform stock transfers between warehouse, retail, and other departments in the system * Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS * Handle barcode printing, relabeling, and correction as required * Monitor stock discrepancies, damaged items, and system variances * Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Retail teams for system adjustments * Support cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations * Ensure proper documentation for returns, disposals, and adjustments * ERP / WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Exact or similar) • Barcode scanners \& label printers • MS Excel / basic reporting tools * Requires coordination between physical handling and system entry Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you join immediately.
