Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team. * Oversee warehouse security, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination. Handle escalations, resolve operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. * Prepare and present operational reports, KPIs, and performance analysis to senior management. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, time, and resource utilization. * Support strategic planning for warehouse expansion, automation, and process improvement. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or operations management. * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Professional certification in supply chain/logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or equivalent). * Proven track record of managing 3PL warehouses and logistics operations. * Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems. * Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
