Operations Management** * Oversee daily waste collection, transportation, and disposal operations * Ensure routes, schedules, and services are executed efficiently * Monitor operational performance and implement improvements **2\. Team Management** * Supervise drivers, collectors, and operational staff * Plan manpower allocation and work schedules * Provide training and ensure adherence to company policies **3\. Fleet \& Equipment Management** * Ensure proper use and maintenance of vehicles and equipment * Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs * Monitor fuel usage and operational efficiency **4\. Health, Safety \& Environmental Compliance** * Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and safety standards * Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures * Conduct safety inspections and incident investigations **5\.
