Summary: Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for design, execution, supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems across various project types. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with international electrical codes and standards We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical engineer with 7–10 years of experience in construction, MEP, oil \& gas, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, execution, supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, review, and supervise electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and low\-current systems. * Prepare and review electrical drawings, load calculations, single\-line diagrams, and technical specifications. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. * Monitor electrical installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements. * Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents. * Manage electrical construction activities, manpower, subcontractors, and project schedules. * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution. * Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective engineering solutions. * Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment. * Ensure compliance with international electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. * Prepare progress reports, method statements, risk assessments, and technical reports. * Support procurement teams by evaluating technical proposals and vendor submissions. * Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure project compliance. * Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations. * Mentor junior engineers and support project teams with technical expertise. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in MEP, Construction, Oil \& Gas, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Utilities projects. * Strong knowledge of: * Power Distribution Systems * MV/LV Systems * Electrical Panels and Switchgear * Transformers and Substations * Lighting and Emergency Lighting Systems * Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems * Fire Alarm Systems * ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA Systems) * Experience in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical engineering software. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards. * Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NFPA, BS, and local electrical regulations. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Experience working on large\-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or oil \& gas projects. * GCC/Qatar experience is highly preferred. * Valid driving license is an advantage.
