Description

Good day, we are looking for an experienced **Operations Director** to lead and oversee for our company’s daily operations and ensure the highest level of efficiency, productivity, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven background in managing teams, improving operational processes, and supporting strategic business goals. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Strategic Leadership \& Operational Management: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments. Oversee daily operations, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement. 2\. Client \& Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long\-lasting client relationships, proactively addressing their needs and concerns. Act as a trusted liaison between the company Owner, business partners, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of vision. 3\. Team Leadership \& Office Management: Lead, mentor, and manage all office staff, fostering a collaborative and high\-performance work environment. Oversee HR functions including performance reviews, professional development, and conflict resolution for the operational team. Promote a positive company culture that encourages teamwork and excellence. 4\. Business Partnership \& Representation: Represent the owner in meetings with business partners, investors, and other external stakeholders. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to the owner. Facilitate smooth communication and project execution between partners and internal departments. **Qualifications, Skills, Practice/Experience:** Essential: Arabic Speaker (to facilitate communication with ownership and key partners). Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred. Essential: A minimum of 10\-15 years of progressive leadership experience in an operations management role. Essential: Proven and exceptional experience in dealing with clients and managing diverse office staff. Required Skills \& Competencies Leadership \& People Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively. Communication \& Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Must be a diplomatic and persuasive liaison. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Client Relationship Management (CRM): Expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business functions, HR, finance, and strategic planning.
