Opportunity to assist with general maintenance duties. **Job Summary:** Responsible for performing painting, finishing, and maintenance work on buildings, equipment, furniture, and other surfaces to ensure they are well\-maintained, presentable, and protected from wear and tear. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and removing old paint. * Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces. * Select and order appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for each project. * Ensure all painting work is completed to high quality standards and within set timelines. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. * Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required. * Assist with other general maintenance duties when needed. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a maintenance or facilities role. * Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods. * Ability to use hand tools, spray guns, and other painting equipment. * Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team. * Physical stamina to stand, climb, and work in various conditions.
