Strong communication and customer service skills IT Support Specialist **RNI\-ITS LLC** – Al Rayyan Position Overview RNI\-ITS LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for our internal users and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving technical issues efficiently, and supporting the organization’s infrastructure and end\-users. Key Responsibilities * Provide first and second\-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, macOS, and common business software * Support network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN) * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems * Respond to IT service requests in a timely and professional manner * Perform regular system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance * Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and technical solutions * Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking * Escalate complex issues to higher\-level IT teams or vendors when necessary Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts * Familiarity with IT troubleshooting tools and remote support software * Good understanding of hardware diagnostics and repair * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure Preferred Skills * Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) * IT certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or equivalent Work Location Al Rayyan Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
