




**Job Summary** We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional **Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a professional manner * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls * Handle front desk activities, including receiving deliveries and mail distribution * Maintain a clean and organized reception area * Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings * Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping * Support various departments with clerical duties as needed * Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of customer service **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus * Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Professional attitude and appearance * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred** * Experience in facility management, hospitality * Asian preferred Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR1,300\.00 \- QAR1,500\.00 per month Language: * English (Preferred)
