Providing data-driven strategic recommendations to senior management Supply Chain Analytics Lead Job Overview The organization is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Lead to lead data analytics and performance improvement across all stages of the supply chain. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational data, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and improving the efficiency of planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics to support strategic and operational decision-making. Responsibilities and Duties * Leading supply chain-specific data analytics initiatives. * Analyzing procurement, inventory, and logistics performance. * Developing dashboards and analytical reports for key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identifying cost reduction opportunities and operational efficiency improvements. * Supporting demand forecasting and inventory planning processes. * Analyzing supplier data and performance levels. * Collaborating with procurement, operations, and logistics teams. * Using analytics tools to identify operational trends and risks. * Improving data accuracy and operational reporting quality. * Supporting digital transformation and automation projects in the supply chain. * Providing data-driven strategic recommendations to senior management. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. * 5–10 years of experience in supply chain analytics or operations. * Strong experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL. * Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. * Solid understanding of procurement, inventory, and logistics operations. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and analyses.
