Key Responsibilities * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, business applications, and computer hardware. * Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise productivity tools. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory. * Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues involving LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, and internet services. * Respond to IT service requests promptly while maintaining high standards of customer support and meeting service\-level agreements (SLAs). * Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and security patch management. * Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure system performance, reliability, and security. * Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, technical procedures, and support activities. * Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues. * Assist with IT infrastructure projects, equipment deployments, and technology upgrades. * Promote IT security best practices and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technical support role. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop support. * Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networking. * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices. * Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, and backup solutions. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication, organizational, and customer service abilities. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Industry certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL are highly desirable.
