Assist housekeeping management in managing daily operations. Liaise to coordinate efforts between housekeeping, engineering, front desk, and laundry departments. Document and resolve issues regarding unsuitable rooms with the front desk. Prepare and distribute assignment sheets/schedules to housekeeping staff. Record, monitor, and update the "Do Not Disturb" room list. Ensure dirty and vacant rooms are cleaned promptly and assign priority rooms and those previously marked "Do Not Disturb." Perform administrative tasks related to housekeeping. Monitor and follow all brand safety policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Ensure wearing a clean and complete work uniform; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times on the job; respect confidentiality of brand and/or hotel information and protect all company assets. Welcome and greet all guests according to brand standards; anticipate and respond to their needs, and thank them warmly. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with peers; work together and support each other to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to other employees' concerns. Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare and accurately and thoroughly revise written documents. Enter and retrieve professional information using computers. Be accustomed to standing, sitting, and moving for extended periods of time. Move, lift, carry, pull, and place loads weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently. Perform all other duties requested by supervisors that fit the position. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education Level:High school diploma or equivalent secondary education. Related Work Experience:At least 1 year of related work experience.
