Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods Key Responsibilities * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards * Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained * Assist in food preparation, portioning, and kitchen setup before service * Monitor food stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages * Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment * Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times * Store food properly and check ingredient freshness regularly * Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods * Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients * Adhere to company policies and health \& safety procedures Requirements * Previous experience as a Cook, Cooker, or Kitchen Staff in restaurants or cafés * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays * Culinary certification or training is an advantage Skills \& Competencies * Time management * Attention to detail * Multitasking ability * Cleanliness and organization * Consistency in food quality * Positive attitude and teamwork spirit Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
