Collaborative work environment with career growth opportunities. **Job Title: BIM Modeler – Architectural** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented BIM Modeler (Architectural) to create, manage, and coordinate accurate 3D building models using BIM software. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using software such as Revit. * Produce 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details from BIM models. * Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. * Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM protocols, and company guidelines. * Update models based on design changes and project requirements. * Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues. * Prepare shop drawings and construction documentation. * Assist in quantity take\-offs and material estimation from models. * Maintain organized project files and documentation. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architectural). * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory. * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools is an advantage. * Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes. * Familiarity with international standards and local authority regulations (preferred). * Good coordination and communication skills. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in large\-scale or high\-rise projects. * Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and workflows. * Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities * Collaborative work environment Application Question(s): * How soon you can join if get hired?
