We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Draftsman Engineer** with strong experience in **AutoCAD (2D \& 3D)** and a solid background in designing layouts for **commercial kitchen equipment**. The ideal candidate will work closely with our project, sales, and operations teams to produce high\-quality technical drawings, equipment layouts, and detailed shop drawings for ongoing and upcoming projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare accurate **2D and 3D drawings** for commercial kitchen projects using AutoCAD. * Develop **kitchen layouts**, equipment arrangement plans, and utility connection drawings. * Create detailed **shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings**. * Coordinate closely with project managers, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure drawings meet client requirements. * Revise and update drawings based on project changes, feedback, or site conditions. * Ensure all designs comply with relevant **industry standards, safety guidelines, and workflow requirements**. * Assist in **BOQ preparation, equipment specifications, and technical documentation**. * Maintain organized drawing records and version control for all projects.
