**Job Description:** We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Facility Engineer (Civil \& MEP)** to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of all facility\-related systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that building structures and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with company and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage day\-to\-day facility maintenance activities (Civil \& MEP). * Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues or potential improvements. * Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works. * Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for repair, maintenance, and upgrade works. * Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and maintenance schedules. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations. * Support project teams in renovations, modifications, and expansion works. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field). * Minimum **4 to 5 years of experience** in facility management or maintenance engineering (Civil \& MEP). * Good Experience in Estimation \& Costing . * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in CAFM systems or maintenance software will be an advantage. * Must be available in Qatar with valid **QID** and **transferable visa/NOC**. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to **Email:** cvforjobs7070@gmail.com with the subject line: **“Application for Facility Engineer – Civil \& MEP** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR10\.00 per month
