**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure all ITB/Bids are well received, documented and well evaluated. * Define the work scope and work on the timeline provided. * Ensure that all company’s procedures and checklists are followed before finalizing each and every ITB. * Fully understand project requirement and Sub\-contractor responsibilities. * To liaise with relevant Departments within the organization efficiently. * To liaise, meet and correspond with Client whenever required to optimize the proposal. * To check and sign all compliance documents before submission to Client on a timely. **JOBREQUIREMENTS** * Min Degree in any Technical Qualification. * At least one (2\) years of full\-time experience in commercial, proposal and estimation, preferably on project and construction related works. * Fresh graduates with strong academic qualification are encouraged to apply. * Good understanding of commercial and technical bidding process. * Ability to work independently with good problem solving skill and an attention to details. * Able to work as a team and meet deadlines. * Good interpersonal and communications skills and require to liaise with vendors, suppliers and Clients. * Self\-motivated, self\-learner and able to work under pressure and long hours.
