Opportunity to work on roads, drainage systems, and infrastructure **Midmac Contracting Company** delivers construction projects employing engineers, laborers, and technical workers. **Job Description:** A **Quantity Surveyor (QS)** at **Midmac** is responsible for cost management and contract control in large civil construction projects such as roads, drainage systems, bridges, and infrastructure works. **Core responsibilities:** Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects Estimate project costs and monitor budgets Manage subcontractor payments and progress valuations Handle variation orders and contract claims Review drawings and site measurements for cost accuracy Support tendering and bid preparation Coordinate with engineers, planners, and project managers Ensure project cost control and financial reporting Track material quantities and project expenses **Skills \& Requirements:** Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred) Strong Excel and cost estimation skills Ability to read technical drawings and plans Experience with large infrastructure projects is an advantage Good communication and negotiation skills Pay: From QAR6,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
