As we grow, we are seeking a motivated **Customer Service Representative** to join our team and be the voice of our customers. Role Overview The **Customer Service Representative** will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem\-solving abilities, and a customer\-first mindset. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in\-person. * Provide accurate information about services, shipments, and logistics processes. * Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. * Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information. * Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery. * Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement. * Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or related industries. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. * Customer\-focused attitude with problem\-solving skills.
