As we expand, we are seeking a skilled **Systems Administrator** to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure. Role Overview The **Systems Administrator** will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing IT systems, ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations. This role requires technical expertise, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to support both internal teams and client\-facing systems. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems. * Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies. * Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. * Collaborate with IT teams to support application development and integration. * Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. * Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international IT standards. * Support end\-users with technical assistance and training. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 3–7 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role. * Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and virtualization. * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus. * Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment.
