Role Overview The **Technical Support Lead** will be responsible for managing the support team, resolving complex technical issues, and driving continuous improvement in customer service. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align support strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor the technical support team to deliver outstanding service. * Handle escalated technical issues and provide timely resolutions. * Develop and implement support processes, documentation, and best practices. * Collaborate with IT and product teams to address recurring issues and improve systems. * Monitor support performance metrics and prepare reports for management. * Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international IT standards. * Train staff on new technologies, tools, and customer service practices. * Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
