Summary: Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather and translate business requirements, conduct analyses, collaborate with stakeholders, and support system implementation. Highlights: 1. Contribute to team best practices and continuous process improvement. **Role Summary:** * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. * Translate business requirements into functional and non\-functional specifications for IT solutions. * Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost\-benefit analyses to support decision\-making. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights on possible solutions. * Develop and maintain process maps, use cases, and user stories to guide development teams. * Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. * Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals. * Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvements. * Support the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business systems and processes. * Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase. * Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides. * Provide training and support to end\-users and stakeholders. * Perform related duties as required. * Participate in advising and coaching the team on best practices, methodologies, and tools related to business analysis. **Qualifications and Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 8\+ years of experience in business analysis. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements. * Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, use case development, and requirements gathering. * Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). * Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI). * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. * Experience in a public sector in Qatar is a plus.
