A company is looking for a **CAFE MANAGER** who will oversee daily operations, including staff supervision (training, scheduling), customer service, inventory/ordering, financial management (budgets, cash control), and ensuring health/safety compliance, all while fostering a welcoming environment and driving profitability through menu planning, promotions, and resolving issues. Key duties involve hands\-on leadership, operational efficiency, and strategic thinking to maintain quality and boost sales. **Core Responsibilities:** * ***Staff Management:*** Train, schedule, and supervise baristas and kitchen staff; provide coaching and performance feedback. * ***Operations Oversight:*** Manage daily tasks, ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold all health, sanitation, and safety standards. * ***Customer Experience:*** Ensure excellent service, resolve complaints professionally, build customer loyalty, and create a positive atmosphere. * ***Financial \& Inventory Control:*** Monitor budgets, manage costs, order supplies, track inventory, and report on performance. * ***Menu \& Marketing:*** Plan menus, suggest new items, oversee food preparation, and implement promotions or marketing plans to attract customers. **Key Skills \& Qualifications:** * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proven experience within GCC in hospitality or food service, often with a background in customer service. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and business management principles. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Locally available in Qatar. * Immediate joiner with valid QID (Transferrable visa).
