**Your Main Duties** * Ensuring the safety of guests in and around the swimming areas * Providing excellent customer assistance — guiding guests, answering questions, and offering support * Maintaining cleanliness and order around the pool and relaxation areas * Assisting with guest needs, including equipment distribution and basic support * Reporting any safety concerns or incidents to the management team * Supporting smooth daily operations with a friendly, responsible attitude **What You Need** * Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety * Ability to stay alert and react quickly in emergencies * Basic swimming and lifeguard skills (official certification is a plus) * Good communication and customer service skills * Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on guest experience * Ability to follow procedures and maintain safety standards **We Offer** * Friendly team and supportive work environment * Flexible tasks combining lifeguard duties with guest assistance * Opportunity to grow within a tourism company that values reliability and service **Location:** Qatar **Start Date:** January 2026 Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR1,800\.00 per month
