The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both riders and operational performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise daily delivery operation * Monitor KPIs including productivity, cancellations, delays, and rider performance * Coach and counsel low\-performing riders to improve efficiency * Oversee fleet management and ensure operational readiness * Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards * Handle cash reconciliation and reporting accuracy * Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational issues * Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions **Requirements** * 1\+ years of experience in Logistics, E\-commerce, or Operations * Prior experience managing teams or field staff * Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (reporting \& tracking) * Strong analytical and leadership skills * Ability to handle high\-pressure operational environments Job Type: Full\-time
