




The Receptionist is the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors. This role is responsible for providing a warm welcome, handling inquiries, supporting class operations, and ensuring smooth daily front\-desk activities at the Logiscool center. Key Responsibilities **Front Desk \& Customer Service** * Welcome parents, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner * Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly * Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and programs * Handle walk\-in inquiries and support student registrations **Administrative Support** * Maintain student records, attendance, and basic documentation * Support enrollment, invoicing, and payment follow\-ups (as per company process) * Prepare daily reports (attendance, inquiries, registrations) * Coordinate with trainers and management regarding class schedules **Operational Coordination** * Manage class timetables and room availability * Ensure students are checked in and guided to their classrooms * Assist during workshops, camps, and events * Maintain a tidy and organized reception area **Parent \& Student Experience** * Act as a liaison between parents, students, and instructors * Handle feedback, basic complaints, and escalate when required * Ensure a positive, safe, and professional learning environment Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR6,500\.00 per month
