In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, recruiting top talent, and mentoring individual contributors to exceed their quotas. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on leader who loves coaching, understands sales metrics inside and out, and isn't afraid to jump into deals to help close them. **Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership \& Development** * Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain a high\-performing sales team. * Provide daily coaching, weekly 1:1s, and quarterly performance reviews. * Foster a competitive, positive, and collaborative team culture. * Identify skill gaps and implement training programs (product knowledge, negotiation, prospecting). **Strategy \& Execution** * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics. * Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation and qualification processes. * Define territory and account segmentation strategies. **Performance Management** * Monitor key metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, average deal size, churn). * Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management via \[CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot]. * Hold the team accountable to daily KPIs (calls, emails, demos booked, meetings held). * Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual team quotas. **Cross\-functional Collaboration** * Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention. * Provide feedback to Product teams regarding market needs and feature requests. * Partner with Operations to improve sales processes and automation. **QualificationsRequired** * 3\+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (depending on industry). * 1\+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or leading a sales team. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (both individual and team). * Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho). * Strong analytical skills – ability to use data to diagnose problems and find solutions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * Experience in \[specific industry/vertical]. * Experience selling \[product type: SaaS, physical goods, services, etc.]. * Familiarity with sales enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.). نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل, دوام جزئي الراتب المدفوع: QAR٨٨٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام عدد الساعات المتوقع: 40 في الأسبوع موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
