We are searching for a **CCNA Trainer** who can deliver engaging, hands\-on networking training while supporting students in building real\-world skills in routing, switching, and network troubleshooting within an interactive learning environment. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver engaging, clear, and interactive CCNA training sessions. * Provide hands\-on instruction and guidance to students. * Develop and update training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, labs, and quizzes. * Design and conduct practical lab exercises to enhance students' real\-world networking skills. * Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement. * Offer personalized support to students, answering questions and assisting with troubleshooting. * Assess and track students’ progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments. * Stay up to date with Cisco technologies, and industry trends. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field. * Familiarity with current trends in networking, automation, cloud technologies, and SDN. * Proven experience in network administration or network engineering, with a strong knowledge of IP routing, switching, VLANs, ACLs, network security, and troubleshooting. * Prior experience teaching or training, especially in a technical or IT\-related field, is highly preferred. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to students of varying skill levels. * Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
