Provide technical support to users **Job Overview** We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented IT Administrator to manage and maintain our organization’s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring system performance, security, and availability while providing technical support to users. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls * Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place * Maintain and update operating systems, applications, and security patches * Support employees with technical issues (desktop, laptop, printers, etc.) * Manage IT assets, inventory, and documentation * Configure and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN) * Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures * Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 2–5\+ years of experience in IT support or system administration * Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) * Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls) * Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services * Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills * Good communication and user support skills Pay: QAR23,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
