Opportunity to train and mentor electricians Job Summary The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all electrical installation activities on construction projects. The role ensures that electrical works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and local electrical regulations. The Electrical Foreman leads site electricians, coordinates with other trades, and ensures timely completion of project milestones. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and direct electrical construction crews in the installation of power, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and low\-current systems. * Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and work schedules. * Plan daily activities and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment to achieve project targets. * Ensure all electrical works are performed according to approved shop drawings, project requirements, and applicable electrical codes. * Monitor workforce productivity and maintain progress in line with project schedules. * Coordinate site activities with civil, mechanical, HVAC, and other construction teams to avoid conflicts and delays. * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship throughout all stages of installation. * Identify and resolve technical and construction\-related issues in coordination with site engineers. * Monitor material usage and coordinate material requests to prevent work interruptions. * Enforce site safety regulations and conduct daily toolbox talks. * Ensure compliance with permit\-to\-work systems and safety procedures. * Report daily progress, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and work completed. * Assist with testing, pre\-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities. * Train and mentor electricians and helpers to improve performance and productivity. Qualifications * Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of electrical construction experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a Foreman or supervisory role. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and single\-line diagrams. * Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and construction methods. * Familiarity with construction safety standards and permit\-to\-work requirements.
