




Location Doha, Qatar Experience 8\-12 Job Type Recruitment Job Description Key Responsibilities: * Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for oil \& gas projects. * Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions. * Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management. * Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy standards, local laws, and corporate financial policies. * Support contract review, tender evaluation, and commercial negotiations. * Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for projects. * Handle banking operations, including opening, amending, and closing Letters of Credit (LC), guarantees, and other bank instruments. * Liaise with banks for project financing, LC transactions, and corporate banking services. * Develop, implement, and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting tools. * Coordinate with project managers, operations, procurement, and external auditors. * Provide strategic financial advice to enhance profitability and project performance. * Mentor and manage the finance team, ensuring high performance and development. Qualifications \& Experience: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred. * Minimum 8–12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in oil \& gas project finance. * Strong knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and banking operations.
