




The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Lebanese restaurant and hospitality services to ensure smooth workflow, excellent guest experience, and high\-quality food and service. The role focuses on maintaining authentic Lebanese dining standards, optimizing operational efficiency, managing teams, and achieving financial and performance targets. * Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all restaurant and hospitality areas. * Ensure consistent delivery of authentic Lebanese cuisine and exceptional guest service. * Develop and implement operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control systems. * Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to reflect Lebanese tradition and hospitality. * Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training to ensure a motivated and efficient team. * Oversee inventory control, food and labor costs, and ensure budgetary targets are met. * Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement. * Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. * Work closely with the Head Chef and culinary team to plan menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings. * Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. * Prepare operational and financial performance reports for management review. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of restaurant and service staff.
