The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage a team, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. * Lead, train, and motivate front\-of\-house staff. * Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. * Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies. * Coordinate staff schedules and assist with shift planning. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. * Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications * Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
