Assist in developing training content and presentations A **Training Coordinator / Learning \& Development (L\&D) Coordinator** is responsible for organizing, supporting, and tracking employee training programs to help improve workforce skills and performance within a company. Key Responsibilities * Plan and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs * Coordinate with trainers, managers, and external training providers * Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and learning materials * Assist in developing training content and presentations * Track employee participation, progress, and certification completion * Collect feedback from trainees and improve training programs accordingly * Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) updates and reporting * Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements (e.g., safety, HR policies) Skills and Qualifications * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Good communication and coordination abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or LMS tools * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple schedules * Basic understanding of HR or corporate training processes is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field (preferred) Pay: QAR70,000\.00 \- QAR130,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
