* Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience in Oil \& Gas Industry * supervise or manage quality systems implementation of capital projects. * Inspection Department is charged with the corporate responsibility for Inspection of materials and equipments purchased, equipments and facilities constructed and quality systems implementation in Capital Projects. * The incumbent will be assigned to one of the Projects Inspection Divisions within Inspection Department. * Supervise or manage quality systems implementation of capital projects, prepares inspection plan for major construction projects. * Initiate or conduct special studies for improving facilities or operations. * Provide specialized technical service in recognized engineering fields. * Act as consultant to undertake or coordinate complex engineering problems. * Act as the focal point of contact for project reviews and in technical matters related to his field of engineering. * The candidate will have frequent contact with middle management within Projects Management, Construction, Operations, and Mechanical Services Organizations to discuss and resolve engineering problems.
