




**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef to lead our dessert and baked goods operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting high\-quality pastries, desserts, and breads while ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, prepare, and execute a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and confections. * Create seasonal menus, dessert specials, and innovative recipes. * Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards. * Supervise, train, and mentor junior pastry staff. * Manage inventory, order ingredients, and control food costs. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment according to health regulations. * Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team on menu planning and special events. * Monitor and maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role in high\-volume or fine\-dining settings. * Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dessert presentation, and pastry trends. * Creative flair and attention to detail. * Ability to lead a team and work in a fast\-paced environment. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. * Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred. **Skills:** * Baking and pastry skills (cakes, tarts, mousses, breads, etc.) * Time management and organizational skills * Creativity and innovation in recipe development * Leadership and team management * Cost control and inventory management **Work Environment:** * Fast\-paced kitchen environment * Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR10,000\.00 per month
