Opportunity to assist in menu development and introduce new recipes Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and passionate Peri Peri Chef to prepare high\-quality grilled and peri peri\-style dishes while maintaining excellent taste, presentation, and kitchen standards. The chef will specialize in marination, grilling, and sauce preparation to deliver authentic peri peri flavors and exceptional customer satisfaction. * Prepare and cook peri peri chicken, grilled meats, burgers, wraps, and related menu items. * Marinate meats and prepare authentic peri peri sauces and seasonings. * Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. * Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained. * Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety regulations. * Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during busy service hours. * Assist in menu development and introduce new peri peri recipes or promotions. * Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs. * Train and support junior kitchen staff when necessary. Requirements * Proven experience as a Peri Peri Chef, Grill Chef, or similar role. * Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and peri peri cuisine. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced kitchen environment. * Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. * Good teamwork and communication skills.
