Summary: This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with specifications while managing resources and resolving technical issues. Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff * Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities in line with project timelines. * Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and specifications. * Supervise daily site operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. * Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and conduct risk assessments. * Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. * Ensure all work complies with technical specifications, codes, and quality standards. * Resolve technical issues on\-site and coordinate with consultants and design teams. * Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project requirements. * Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure proper documentation of site activities. * Coordinate material procurement and verify delivery against project needs. * Assist in cost control by tracking material usage and minimizing wastage. * Prepare method statements, work procedures, and safety documentation. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections. * Mentor and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff to enhance team performance.
