Summary: Operate and monitor a concrete batching plant, prepare mixes, manage raw materials, conduct equipment inspections, and ensure production and safety compliance. Highlights: 1. Ensure safety compliance and equipment maintenance **Job Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant to ensure continuous and efficient production. * Prepare and produce concrete mixes according to approved mix designs and production schedules. * Monitor raw material levels and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure material availability. * Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements. * Ensure accurate recording of production data, delivery tickets, and operational logs. * Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and quality control personnel to meet customer requirements. * Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the batching plant and surrounding work area. * Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and HSE regulations. * Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and minimizing production downtime. * Support plant start\-up, shutdown, and routine maintenance activities as required.
