What You’ll Do: * Manage and update product listings on e\-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.). * Assist in processing online orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or suppliers for stock updates. * Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or platform messaging. * Ensure product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and up to date. * Support digital marketing activities such as promotions, discounts, and campaigns. * Track order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics or delivery partners. * Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and basic data analysis. * Assist in improving store performance, visibility, and customer satisfaction. * Ensure smooth daily operations of the online store.
