The store offers products that may include fashion items, accessories, household essentials, and general merchandise depending on market demand. What You’ll Do: * Manage and update product listings on e\-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.). * Assist in processing online orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or suppliers for stock updates. * Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or platform messaging. * Ensure product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and up to date. * Support digital marketing activities such as promotions, discounts, and campaigns. * Track order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics or delivery partners. * Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and basic data analysis. * Assist in improving store performance, visibility, and customer satisfaction. * Ensure smooth daily operations of the online store. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field is an advantage. * Experience in e\-commerce platforms is a plus but not required. * Basic knowledge of online selling platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Willing to work on\-site in Urdaneta City. Nice to Have: * Experience in online selling, dropshipping, or digital marketing. * Knowledge of product photography and basic editing tools. * Familiarity with CRM or inventory management systems.
