As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and people\-focused **HR Manager** to lead our human resources function and help build a high\-performing workforce that supports our commitment to excellence and innovation. Position Overview The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, training and development, and regulatory compliance. This role will work closely with company leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure that HR strategies align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead full\-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts across design, project management, operations, and corporate functions * Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices * Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution processes * Oversee performance management programs, employee evaluations, and development initiatives * Administer compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs * Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies * Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention strategies * Coordinate employee training, leadership development, and professional growth programs * Maintain employee records, HR systems, and workforce reporting * Advise managers and executives on HR matters and organizational effectiveness * Promote employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture initiatives * Assist with workplace health, safety, and risk management programs Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field * Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR, CHRP, or equivalent) preferred * Minimum 5\+ years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities * Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion * Experience supporting workforce growth and organizational development initiatives Preferred Qualifications * Experience in interior design, construction, fit\-out, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, or project\-based industries * Familiarity with HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, and performance management systems * Experience managing HR functions for both office\-based and field\-based employees * Knowledge of employee engagement and talent development best practices What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Performance\-based incentives * Professional development and career advancement opportunities * Creative, collaborative, and supportive work environment * Opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading interiors company * Leadership role with direct impact on company culture and employee development Pay: QAR25,000\.00 \- QAR30,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
