Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations and client requirements **Job Description:** We are looking for a qualified **HSE Trainer** to join immediately for our client. The candidate must have strong experience in health, safety, and environmental training, preferably in construction / oil \& gas / industrial projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct **HSE training sessions** for workers, supervisors, and staff * Provide **Safety Induction, Tool Box Talk, and Awareness Training** * Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports * Ensure compliance with **Qatar HSE regulations and client requirements** * Maintain training records and attendance reports * Support site team in implementing **Health, Safety \& Environment policies** * Coordinate with client and site management regarding safety training * Participate in safety meetings, audits, and inspections **Requirements:** * Minimum **4 years experience as HSE Trainer / Safety Trainer** * NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent certification preferred * Good communication skills in English (Hindi / Arabic advantage) * Experience in **Oil \& Gas / Construction / Industrial projects** * Ability to join immediately * Knowledge of **Qatar safety standards** preferred **Preferred Qualification:** * Diploma / Degree in Safety / Engineering / Environmental Science * Approved HSE Trainer certification (if available) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR7,500\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month
