Resolve on-site issues efficiently and effectively **About the Role** We are seeking a motivated and responsible **Site Supervisor** to manage and oversee daily site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of work, coordinate teams, and maintain quality and safety standards across the site. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage day\-to\-day site operations * Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project teams * Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications * Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to management * Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards * Resolve on\-site issues efficiently and effectively * Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment **Requirements** * Knowledge in **Civil or MEP works** is required * Minimum **2 years of experience** in site supervision * Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered * Must have a valid **driving license** * Ability to read technical drawings (preferred) * Strong communication and coordination skills * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site tasks please send your resume at : tradingmedfit@gmail.com Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
